Virtual Orchestra studio (VOS) game graphic issues and solution

If you like music, piano or rythm game, then try Virtual Orchestra Studio - a free game created by the koreans. This game, like synthesia is based on midi technology. With VOS, you can practice your hand, finger and mind altogether. This is some review about Virtual Orchestra Studio. You can download for free below which include music/song pack.

However, it seem like it will not work properly on windows 7 or vista. the color that supposed to be blue turned white and almost the entire screen turned bright including background.

Here is the solutions:

First Solution (For advance user)

-First make sure you can start task manager by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+ESC (directly open the task manager) or CTRL+ALT+DEL (I don't like this combination since it will bring you to the lock screen).

-Then open start menu and press CTRL+SHIFT, then right-click to any empty area on your start menu and select Exit Explorer. or you can terminate it directly from the task manager, kill the 'explorer.exe' as shown in the picture below.

go to 'explorer.exe' and press 'End Process'

-Back to your task manager, select File and choose New Task. Browse your game executable and click OK. Then, you can play it without any graphic mess.

-If you want to get the explorer back, press and hold 'ctrl+shift+esc' at your task manager, type explorer.exe. It will turn back your pc to the normal view.

Second method (For the beginner);

-First, right-click at any empty desktop area to bring out the menu, select Screen Resolution and click advance settings.
-Another windows will be opened, now you need to click monitor tab and leave it open. Run the game.This is strange solution but works.

The simplest solution

-Download palette stealer suspender. This tool will act as a launcher which places itself in your notification area and automatically suspends all applications which are changing the game's colors and will bring them back alive when you close the game.
